While our name gives a little wink to golf, par 5 Pilates is for everyone. I started par 5 because I wanted to blend two things I love: Pilates and golf. I’m definitely better at Pilates than I am at golf! But I do know how Pilates can build strength, control, and flexibility that golfers need to play their best game. I can't fix your swing, but I can support your body so you can swing better, with less pain and more power.
In our normal day to day, we don’t pay attention to our posture — whether we’re driving, sitting at a desk, or constantly looking down at our phones. Pilates helps correct those habits and rebuilds strength from the inside out.
Now, I get to teach people from all walks of life - from office workers to new moms - and watching their transformations is what keeps me inspired. Golfers or not, everyone can benefit from moving better and feeling stronger.

Whether you're someone simply wanting to move better and feel stronger or a golfer looking to improve your swing, we’ll guide you through every step. You’ll receive personalized attention to ensure you feel confident, safe, and supported from your very first session.
No equipment needed! We provide all the necessary Pilates equipment, including reformers, mats, and props. Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a water bottle. If you prefer to use your own mat, you’re welcome to bring it

If you’re dealing with a specific condition, we recommend starting with a private session, so we can tailor the exercises to your needs. A semi-private session includes 2-3 participants, and still offers personalized instruction, but in a small group setting. It’s a great option if you enjoy a bit of camaraderie while working out or want to share the experience with a friend.
